God is great
I came in from out of town and I did my application I left to go get the application fee I came back the staff was very friendly coordinator was giving out bags of plums they did my paperwork right then and there gave me a my apt number when I arrive there I feel so much like home I felt the peace Even my 8-year-old felt like she was at home I think this is the new move for us praying God got us on our new journey

Great office staff
The new office staff has been very helpful. I have lived here for years and can see a huge difference.

Don’t do it
Do not move here. The office staff is horrible. They do not answer the phone. They are rude. Broken windows everywhere. They do not fix anything and the photos are a catfish. Please look elsewhere.

Bad service
They never fix anything came and looked at my apartment my floor way in the hall and the bathroom was caving in my bathrooms had mole all my kitchen cabinets had fell down and the maintenance claim they were going to fix it never came and fix anything

THEY WON'T GET RID OF ROACHES
There's no problem for me bigger than the roaches. I've never been anywhere with this many roaches. You can't sit anything anywhere more than 1 minute. It's so annoying. You can clean as much as you want you will have roaches. I clean I put down roach barriers nothing keeps these roaches away. The apartments don't look bad until you step outside your door. Depending on your neighbors your stairs may look nasty and not one time will they be cleaned. On multiple occasions I've seen guys shooting dice in the breeze way. They roll weed by your doors and leave cigar tobacco everywhere. I'm fed up

Poor security,lack of maintence to come in & fix problems.Un-safe environment.
My lease is up in Feb.2016 & on housing, been looking but hard to find a apartment need help so I deceided to start looking early, If there is any way anyone can help it will greatly appericated.
