Alara Uptown has professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff which made my leasing decision and experience very pleasant. Every staff I have communicated with was very helpful and accommodating which was extremely helpful since I was moving from California. I also love the floor plan of my corner unit which felt like home given that I had sold my house in Los Angeles to transition into an apartment which could be a tough adjustment but Alara Uptown offers a nice balance that feels like home. I know I will enjoy staying here for a while. Thank you for having me.

Alara is a perfect place to live if you appreciate quiet living, upscale features, nice amenities, and a mail center that is safe and easy to access 24/7. Staff is top-level Ritz Carlton quality and residents take pride in living here, myself included.
This is a well-built building (built like a high rise) but has only 5 floors which makes it easy to access your apartment or exist when elevator does not work. It has excellent amenities including washer and dryer in each apartment and very important for me hardwood flooring instead of carpeting. None of the amenities in my apartment broke down in the past 6 years. Every apartment has a balcony, and you get your own parking place in a secure parking garage below. My studio apartment is also well positioned near the elevator, stairs, garbage chute and yet noise is not the problem from these features. There is also free Wi-Fi now in common places. Week points are the elevators that break down a few times a year, false fire alarms. Overall, it is hard to find a better apartment to rent. That is why I have been here for at least 6 years.

Overall it’s a very nice, clean and well-built apartment complex in a great area of Dallas. The only maintenance issue I’ve had so far has been my bathtub drain clogging pretty quickly, but other than that I’ve had no issues with any other appliance. Do not regret my choice to live here at all.

I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. Actually, a friend just told me they were moving from downtown to my area and I warned them about this property based on my less than 1 month of living here. I’ve lived in Greystar properties before and this is so underwhelming of what I thought Greystar would provide.

I have been moved in for two weeks and so far Alara has not disappointed. The staff has been great and is very responsive! I have a feeling the rest of my lease will continue in the same direction!

This apartment complex is great in so many ways. The unit itself is very comfortable, the amenities are top notch, but my favorite part is the location in West Village. There are so many things to enjoy in this area!

Moved from across the country (New England). Alara staff made the move in process very easy even though I had forgotten to complete a few things prior. Building is in a great location, apartments are new and look great, parking is spacious and secure.
Overall, it is an excellent place to live.

Alara has the best Customer Service Ive received from an apartment. Any maintainer issues are resolved the next day after the request. The staff is always kind and courteous.

Alara Uptown is one of best apartment complexes in the Uptown Dallas area! Great prices, incredible facilities, and always extremely clean and upkept. The Management are the most AMAZING!! Kelly, Alicia, Lexi and Joseph will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and they are the most friendly people I’ve ever met. Absolutely love living here and I highly recommend everyone to at least schedule a tour if you’re looking for apartments in the Uptown area.. you won’t regret it!
I'm a current resident here and below are some of my own observations of my experiences living at Alara. Living at this apartment has been one of the worst experiences of my life. Car break-ins, fire alarms and broken elevators are the norm. My car got broken into in the parking garage and my golf clubs and other things were stolen. In the past few weeks alone, I have seen multiple other cars with shattered windows and glass all over the ground. The elevator closest to my apartment has been out of order for the majority of the last 3 months. Last week there were two fire alarms that went off past 11pm....I was fooled by the nice apartment/amenities and I truly regret living here. I cannot wait for my lease to expire...

Being new to Dallas ALARA is such a great place to land. It is within walking distant to everything you need but avoids any bar noise that comes with downtown living. Being from a rural town I love how this place gives me a safe and secure feeling while living downtown.
I just moved to the Alara uptown and I couldnt be happier. The apartment is stylish and modern and the community is respectful and quiet. The facilities are kept clean and organized, and the commute to downtown is so convenient.

I love living at Alara Uptown! Excellent maintenance staff, beautiful apartments and lots of amenities. The safety precautions that the site has in place are some of my favorite features. I could not imagine living anywhere else.

Our Alara experience has been amazing. The location and proximity to all Dallas events is perfect. The apartment amenities and office staff are the best we have ever had. The complex is super pet friendly and community events are engaging and fun. We use the fitness center, business office, package delivery system, pet playground, community room, pool and grill area and they are amazing! We have loved our Alara Uptown experience and would recommend it to our friends!
We are very happy about choosing to move into Alara uptown. The building is in an excellent location, and it is very safe. The amenities are great and the once a week yoga classes are a plus! I would like to say how amazing Cameron from the leasing department was. I found the apartment online on Zillow and I signed the contract and I made the payment without even seeing the building or apartment as I wasnt in Dallas and had never been here before . But Cameron was very helpful with my questions, fast with replying to any concerns I had, and very patient with the amount of questions I had. He made our Alara uptown experience just great! Thank you!
We reviewed 30 complexes and Alara clearly wins with location, quality, amenities, staffing, floor plan and community feel. Everyone (tenants and staff) have been friendly and helpful!
Its a cute place right off the highway which is very convenient and still in a great spot of uptown with so much to do around. The apartments are nice and the people are friendly.
This is a great place for roommates after college! There are young professionals who aren’t loud - everyone is friendly. The area is close proximity to nicer places to go out and explore Dallas.
I'm a recent college graduate that moved to Dallas for my first job. Alara is a great place to live. Awesome location with tons of young people.
