Woodlake-Briar Meadow’s southern border sits on Westpark Tollway, a toll road that connects with several roads and interstates, making travel in and out of Houston easy.

Great apartment complex. Been living here for 12 years. Safe and clean with a great location to major freeways. Marisol, Luisa, Alicia, Paola, and Emily in the office are an asset to the complex. Maintenance is completed in a timely manner, and Jose does a great job. Manual does a fabulous job of keeping the pool beautiful and greeting guests. We have the best security officer ever - A.B. Is the best! Neighbors in the complex are friendly, have good character and values, and create a community feel. Great place to call home.

A great place to live. I'm new and I like the experience I have received. Since I requested reports until I was in my apartment, it is a step-by-step guide. They have told me very good things about here and I know it will be a magnificent experience.

Overall, the complex is safe, quiet and well maintained except for the fitness center. In May there was a huge dead roach on the floor near one of the machines for almost the entire month. The floor in the yoga room is often dirty and sticky. The water fountain has very little water pressure and lots of mold, mildew and rust. With the increase in rent, one would think the amenities used the most would be well cared for, but it's not. The pool is closed every Monday but I have never seen a pool cleaning company caring for it while it's closed and I live right by the pool so I see it every day. These oversights are really disappointing and lower my opinion about Alanza Brook.

It will be good if management arrange small kids park/play area at the entrance on right side. I strongly recommend it and other thing is gate open knob should work anywhere from the gate code box till the gate. Sometimes it doesn’t work and we have to stop by and pull the window down to work the knob. This gives very trouble all the time.

I have really enjoyed living in this community! The common areas are clean, and everything feels safe and family-friendly. It’s clear that the management puts effort into keeping the community in great shape. Definitely a great place to live if you enjoy an active lifestyle with convenient access to great facilities. One thing that could make it even better would be a dedicated kids’ play area—it would be a great addition for families with young children. Overall, though, it’s a great place to live with a lot to offer.

I've been living in this apartment complex for 5 years, and my boyfriend has been here for 7. We absolutely love our floorplan; it's spacious and well-designed. The leasing admins are always very helpful and responsive, making the leasing process smooth and stress-free. The community is fairly peaceful, providing a serene environment to come home to after a long day. Maintenance is also top-notch, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently. Overall, it's a wonderful place to live!

I have been a resident for almost a year and a half. In that time I have had very few issues and when I have, they respond quickly and take care of it. Maintenance here is the best! Not only do they respond to service requests quickly when on duty (M-F), but they fix every issue or replace what needs to be replaced. The grounds are clean and tidy, and the other residents are respectful, stick to themselves and are mostly quiet. There are lots of families so you hear kids playing together outside, but no loud music, yelling, etc. Overall, I feel fortunate that I chose this place.

Staff from the office is really nice. The Security guy Armen is really kind. The maintenance team do a really good Job. The Community is very safe. The manager is always there whenever you need her.

We have transitioned from one to two bedrooms apartments which made more comfortable with more space, convenient car near to the building, only post located little far away. Otherwise I like the community.

So far good experience, quick response on issues. they replaced New dryer in 15 days when I had issue with old one. safer community and Walmart close by.

Been living in Alanza 6 years Good security, Armen very nice person at always takes care of residents and property Territory clean no roaches, fast service if something wrong in your apartment Good portal easy use, easy access to paperwork Not enough parking spots Would give 4 stars if they didn’t enforce tow truck in community and got my vehicle towed for no reason When tow truck involved in apartments automatically goes lvl down, good enough reason not to continue contract

As a newcomer to the country and the city, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home than Alanza Brook. From the moment I moved in, everything has exceeded my expectations. The management team has been incredibly welcoming and supportive, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns—an absolute blessing for someone unfamiliar with the area. They made my transition seamless, from helping with the paperwork to sharing tips about the neighborhood. Location-wise, it’s perfectly situated with everything from grocery stores to public transport and local restaurants within walking distance. It’s safe, convenient, and ideal for anyone getting to know the city. If you’re new to the country or the city, this is the best place to start your journey. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Homely environment and peaceful community.Been living here since 2022. Safe and clean with a great location to major freeways.Luisa and Emily in the office are very friendly. Maintenance is completed in a timely manner and Jose does a great job. We have the 24/7 best security officer ever. Neighbors in the complex are friendly, have good character and values, and create a community feel. Great place to call home.

Excellent community to live in. Safe environment. You have amenities like gym, swimming pool, community area and basketball court etc. You have 24*7 security guard and good community manager.

This is a great location and the rent is not outrageous. The staff is great and I like how there is still freedom in choices. I can choose my own parking spot and it's not assigned, and the apartment fees are minimal. I also can get my own provider for Internet and electric and I don't have to rely on the office to get connected. I also am only paying my own water bill, not anyone elses.

I have consistently experienced the best residential support services of my life with Alanza Brook Management. The staff are friendly and helpful… Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing furniture, or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintence quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment. I intend to continue renting from Alanza Brook for the remainder of my years, and I strongly recommend their properties to all of the incoming family looking for housing. Last but not the least, best security service, 24 hrs patrolling
