Never again!!!

Worst experience ever. Leasing office is extremely difficult to work with. Over charged me very month. Charged different amounts than what was stayrd in my contract. Trouble with huge roavhes the entire time i lived here. Also was sexually harrassed by exterminator. Managment refused a cashiers check written out by Amegy bank and caused me to go into eviction and cost an extra 3000 dollars. Pool was never cleaned properly and belongings went missing from my front porch every month. Do not waste your time or money o. This place. Terrible management.

It's a trap!

Had to throw out a lot of items after leaving due to bug infestation. AC was broken for two weeks and was only given a small window unit for a three bedroom apartment! Moved out after living there for 1 year and charging me over a $1,000 for new carpet (when the carpet was already well used when we moved in) and removal of the few furniture items I did not want to take after bedbug infestation. And no, we did not have bedbugs before moving there! They do not care about you or your comfort. Only your money. Stay away!

Don't move here!

Don't move here! It's a nice area to live but, these apartments are not! The water is constantly being turned off with no warning, and when it turns back on its brown for at least 30 minutes. Even when the water hadn't been turned off it still comes out brown sometimes. Roachs always in your apartment even if you keep it clean and spiders! I can't forget the spiders, I had a few in my bed! One time I had a few dog toys on my patio an someone stole them. To top it all off the mangment is horrible, the women in the office are just plain out rude and never tell you when you have a package.

Thank you for your feedback. We never turn the water off without proper notice unless there is an unforeseen emergency. The reason for brown water is the town working on the pipes, the town has sent out several notices regarding this matter. As for roaches and spiders, we have Orkin as our pest control. They come out weekly and you are able to request their service at any time. The postal service is supposed to notify you of any packages left in your mailbox or the leasing office. We accept them in the office as a courtesy. Thank you Management

Worst place I have ever lived

To say my experience with this complex has been the worst of any I've ever had would be a true understatement. Roaches, leaks, no water pressure, water that goes from scalding to fridges and back again over and over, mold, holes that have been patched and never sanded or painted, chewed up base boards, bubbling ceilings, cabinetry that doesn't match each other from door to door, leaking AC, potholes, gutters that overflow onto my stairs, limbs and debris left for days all over my stairs from them being cut down causing my son to trip, etc etc etc. Prior to my last lease extension I was promised this list of concerns would be addressed. A promise that has yet to be delivered upon. Concerns that have been reported anywhere from. 4-16 months ago. I measure a company's value based on what it does when it knowingly and inexcusably fails to meet its customers promised and contractual expectations. Things happen. People and companies fail. It's how a company responds that determines their culture and value. This company has tried to make it right however none of their offerings actually included the ability to fix the condition and functions of the apartment. This company has failed in my eyes and in my situation. So beware, when I move out and you move in, you will probably be inheriting the same exact problems. The location is nice and on just one other positive note, Lisa and the Maintenance staff have always been very nice and I believe they are working with the resources they are given by an awful property owner.

Aero at Upper Bay Apartment Homes

These apartments are absolutely wonderful. These are tremendously comfortable and located in a comfortable setting around palm trees and eateries and a duck pond located in the community. The duck pond has many features to include a dog park to enjoy activities with your dog, basketball and enjoy watching boating sports. Our apartment community, Aero at Upper Bay is equipped with a resident gym and two pools for family excitement. We are distance aways from many bars, niteclubs, restraunts and a family fun entertainment center. Aero at Upper Bay is in the middle of fun that is available for all ages! A shopping mall is within a 5 mile radius and a Hospital located adjacent to the apartment building. There is also public transportation available within 0.7 to 1 mile distance.
