Broken Garage Door the secured garage door has been broken for MONTHS! Now anyone and everyone can get into the garage. People who work at the businesses here park in the garage for free but tenants had to pay for a fob to access it. A few months is acceptable. This has been over 6 mos. Not acceptable.

1. Move-In Experience Very frustrating — my unit was ready 4–5 hours after the promised time with no notice. I had to pay extra for rental cars because of the delay. The apartment was not very clean on arrival — there was visible dust and spots throughout. The washing machine, dishwasher, and drains all had strong odors that I had to clean myself. The shower drain was clogged immediately after moving in. 2. Apartment Quality Finishing: The unit feels cheaply done — there are paint splatters throughout, and the toilet clogs regularly. Fire Alarms: This is my biggest complaint. The alarms are extremely sensitive — boiling water or even steam from the oven will set them off instantly, and they are very loud. They also frequently go off because of other apartments, which makes working from home difficult. Air Conditioning: The AC is very loud. It made sleeping difficult at first, though I’ve gotten used to it. Appliances: The laundry machine works fine. The fridge cools unevenly, and the oven/stove don’t reach accurate temperatures (I often need to turn them up or add 15–20 minutes when baking). Package Delivery: Delivery drivers often struggle to find the right entrance and hallways because signage is poor. I’ve seen packages left outside the building, which is frustrating. Hallway Smell: The hallways consistently smell bad due to trash valet service, open trash chutes, and poor ventilation. 3. Safety Exterior doors are often propped open with rocks. Police reports show frequent car break-ins in the garage. The garage is poorly lit, and there are no security cameras. 4. Amenities Trash Valet: Since it’s mandatory and paid, I use it. At first, pickup was unreliable, but it has improved after complaints. Occasionally, trash is still missed. Pool: I haven’t used it. Gym: Clean and maintained, but can get busy. 5. Parking The parking system uses stickers that don’t work well. It would be better if the same key fob used for the doors worked here. The main entrance fob was broken for two weeks before being fixed — only after a resident left a note suggesting bad reviews. Guest parking is very limited. 6. Location Great location — close to the freeway and surrounded by lots of food options. 7. Staff I haven’t interacted much with staff, but during move-in they were disorganized, made mistakes, and were not very responsive.

Good overall. staff is excellent apartments comfortable. Only issues I had was with the dog waste and people not picking it up. Also had issue with Insurance billing, bill for renters insurance even though I had it took over half a year to get my money back. I was bitten by a dog in the complex and nothing was done about it.

The apartment I am renting is fine enough looking and my view is terrific. The majority of the neighbors I’ve encountered are decent and Q from maintenance is great. Those are the only positives here. As for the building itself, it’s gross. People’s dogs poop and pee indoors in common areas and it will remain there for several days until someone cleans it up. This happens on patios and balconies as well. The halls can stink very badly at times and not only like pet waste and garbage. Instead of getting to the root of the issue, staff/maintenance heavily perfumes the entire building, including the gym, to mask it. If you have chemical sensitivities or fragrance sensitives (or just care about your health in general) I would avoid this building. It’s not uncommon for the parking garage gate to be stuck open for hours or days on end, leaving the building unsecured. Some of the keyless entries are defective, only partially working. Neighbors have said it’s been the way for several months. Some won’t take the code, others won’t read the fobs. With some building doors you need to push a button inside on the wall for the door to allow you to exit. Not sure how that would work if there was an emergency causing no power and you couldn’t access another door. The manger is sadly and surprisingly kind of awful. I’ll admit, she had me fooled at first! She will be nice to your face (and on the phone) but she is simply telling you what you want to hear. When it comes down to it, she does not keep her word. What she says is going to happen does not happen at all the way she originally claimed it would. Apparently all you need in order to work in leasing is a pulse and no sense of decency is required. Emails from the office are AI generated. Even lengthy ones. I found this out after copy pasting a multi-paragraph email from “the office” into three separate AI content detectors. I will laugh the day leasing staff is completely replaced by computers. I should not have expected this place to be any better than it is. It is just another poorly ran, poorly maintained place managed by Cushman & Wakefield to add to the list.
