No parties or events are allowed, and violations will incur a deep cleaning fee between $500-700, plus additional charges for carpet cleaning. Outdoor quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, and failure to adhere can result in a $100 fine per incident. Early check-ins are $25 per hour, and late check-outs are $50 per hour. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged for the next night’s stay. An additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged for unreasonable messes or damages. A $50 fine applies for each guest in excess of the reserved number. Includes a workspace with a desk and chair in one of the bedrooms, perfect for those who need a remote work-friendly environment.
