The roomy kitchen has tile countertops and backsplash with a refrigerator, gas range, disposal and dishwasher – and room for a dining table. Full-size washer-dryer connections in the kitchen closet. There are hardwood floors in the kitchen and living room, carpet in both bedrooms and laminate in both bathrooms. The primary bedroom includes a 10' x 6' walk-in closet. Central heat and air, plus 3 ceiling fans. Small pets are permitted with owner approval. Owner tends the front yard, while tenant tends the fenced-in back yard, which has two sides – one with a storage shed and the other with a wood deck. Tenant pays all utilities (electric, gas, & water) and renter's insurance is a requirement. PET DEPOSIT: $750 ($200 of pet deposit is non-refundable.) The Campagna Pet Screening (required with or without a pet): Approved applicants will be required to pay a one-time $195 administration fee.
