Close to public transport; stocked with everything you need. Parking off the street or in the driveway (one car). Laundry in the building. Offers an amazing view of Boston skyline and sunsets. Dogs welcome! We host one dog but on a case by case basis can host 2. No cats. ALL Utilities included in rent: water/sewer, gas, electric, WIFI internet (as is), trash fee, one car parking on the driveway. To rent you will need to sign rental agreement, provide reservation fee/security deposit and first month rent and cleaning fee ($300 per long term stay) upon signing.
