Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $250 pet cleaning fee, as the apartment requires a special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. The apartment is steps from the Green Line and surrounded by great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Cleveland Circle, with its numerous shops, restaurants, drug stores, and cafes, is a 10-minute walk away and boasts a vibrant nightlife. Washington Square, home to fantastic restaurants and bars, is less than a 10 to 15-minute walk away. Brighton Center, a bustling hub with stores, bars, bakeries, restaurants, and pubs, is about 1 mile from the apartment. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee.
