This property is less than a ten-minute ride to BU via the 57 bus or Green Line. It is just three-quarters of a mile to the Pleasant Street and Commonwealth Avenue intersection and approximately 1.5 miles, or a 30-minute walk, to Harvard Square and Harvard Business School. The backyard has a few parking spaces available for rent, along with a small area to grill and relax outdoors.
