front desk staff is unfriendly, always has an unfriendly attitude when you call. Maintenance team is always friendly and can fix any issue in a timely manner. Walls are very thin you can hear your neighbors arguing constantly. I would recommend this place but keep in mind that the front desk staff can be rude and not understanding to any of your concerns and just try to pass you off to elsewhere. I understand if people are having a hard day but having an attitude in every phone call is not something that should be tolerated especially even if you can’t be compassionate towards the people that are calling.

The only snag I had on move in was that the cleaners were still in the unit for an hour after we were supposed to have access, other than that, everything went insanely smooth. Relatively clean and quiet community with friendly people. Barely even notice the proximity to the highway, noise-wise. It's great being at 80.

Whenever I call for help or maintenance someone comes right away. Everyone is always so generous. The energy is good here. We have two swimming pools and a hot tub along with a club area and a gym that’s always open .

I have lived here 19 years now!! So, that alone tells you I must really like it. The amenities are awesome, 2 great pools, top of the line fitness center, awesome clubhouse with beautiful computers and printer, all available 24 hours! And the current staff is the Very Best we have Ever had here!!!

We have been residents here for 4 years now. We did renew our lease. Since we are retired, we are happy with our 1 bedroom downstairs apartment. Our neighbors all around us have been courteous and respectful of after hours music and noise. It's been our retirement dream to live in Southern Nevada. We are close to every necessity we need; markets, drug stores, doctors, automotive, government offices, also being close to the freeway. Even though these are older apartments without Tesla EV stations or pet washes, we are pleased at the prompt maintenance service when a service request is sent. They have been very attentive and dependable. Thank you 80 on Gibson for another year 2025.

The office and maintenance teams are very helpful quick and efficient. If I have a maintenance issue it’s handled quickly. Great location and it’s quiet. I like my neighbors too!

Awesome living experience. Property is quiet and clean. I enjoy the food trucks they bring here, however, I would love for more resident events or engaging activities!

We are very happy with our apartment, the process was easy and fast. we love that everything is close, the green areas are nice the park is perfect for families with children, my children are happy, the place is very quiet and clean I recommend it a lot.

Move in was smooth and good. The staff in the office are nice. Some stuff in the unit needs repair or fixed up but it’s been good so far here

First time living in an apartment and I am very happy it is at 80 on Gibson! My unit is large and luxurious! I really like how there are food trucks almost every evening and in the summer, the staff drives around their own ice-cream truck in the community giving out ice-cream! On Earth Day, the residents could go to the Leasing Office and receive a free plant! I am very happy with 80 on Gibson! Luxury living!

I recently moved into 80 on Gibson, and it has been a wonderful experience! The front office staff has been incredibly friendly and accommodating, always answering my questions quickly. The maintenance team is equally amazing, responding to any issues I had right away. Everyone genuinely wanted to make sure I felt comfortable in my new home.
