This partially furnished duplex features a large kitchen and living area with six private coliving suites. Each suite consists of a bedroom, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. Each suite comes with a bedframe, dresser, nightstand, and flat screen tv. The common spaces are intentionally designed for six people to foster a sense of community. The couches, TV, and other large furniture are all provided as is a washer and dryer! Did we mention that this is a BRAND NEW construction? You'd be the first group to live here! There will also be TWO all-electric HourCar vehicles on-site available for carsharing (search HourCar for more information on carsharing). If you are looking for an affordable place to live, but don't want to live in an old, falling apart building, this place is for you! Available to move-in August 2025. Rent for each private coliving suite will be $850. Management pays for all utilities and internet and a flat $75 fee will be included in the base rent for all utilities and internet ($850+$75 = $925). Maximum Income allowed is $55,620 per person.
