WASHER AND DRYER ARE IN THE UNIT. One designated storage room. Parking is available in the attached garage. Parking spot has an ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING EVC, Level 2, 240 volts There is a 24 hour concierge. Are community room and deck with multiple barbecues. Access to hotel amenities for a small fee: Pool, gym, spa, maid and room services. $2550 per month, 1st month rent in advance. $1000 security deposit. TENANT ONLY PAYS ELECTRICITY. NO PETS OR SMOKING ALLOWED. One year lease. Building is very close to Amazon Headquarters, Norstrom Headquarters, Pacific Place Shopping Mall, Westlake Shopping center, Pike Place Market, and the central bus hub ( as well and many other bus stops), the Sound Transit Light Rail ( Westlake station), and the S.L.U.T.
