University Area, 732 Cherokee, Unit 108, New Orleans, LA Location, location, location in the University section of New Orleans near Audubon Park. It is on the corner of Maple Street and Cherokee. The entrance is on Cherokee with the parking entrance on Maple. You can bike or walk to most places, including Loyola University, Loyola Law School, and Tulane University. This is a very popular area for coffee shops, restaurants, shops and, of course, watering holes. This is a perfect location for a college student. You can walk to the St. Charles Ave. streetcar line and beautiful Audubon Park and the Zoo. You can walk to many local places to eat or drink. This first-floor condo has one bedroom with 600 sq. ft. of living. It is furnished with a sofa, dining room table and chairs, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans, silverware, dresser, TV, desk and chair. I may consider renting it unfurnished or without a bed. The water is paid. The River Gardens condo units have one gated parking spot for each unit that has an entry from Maple Street that leads into a gated courtyard. There are security gates upon entering and exiting the condos. There is also a nice laundromat on the first floor next to the condo. You will love it...
