About This Property

We are renting the upper unit of our  duplex in the heart of the NE Minneapolis Arts District for $1075/month plus utilities (gas & electric). Location is in Logan Park/East Saint Anthony neighborhood, close to Artists District, breweries, and metrobus routes. UNIT DETAILS: Living Room: hardwood floor, ceiling fan, two new windows. Den/office: hardwood floor, one new window. Bedroom: French doors, hardwood floor, ceiling fan, access to full private porch, large new window, large closet, small/skinny closet. Kitchen: electric stove, double kitchen sink, access to private back porch, one new window, tile floor. Pantry (accessed through kitchen): new fridge, three shelves (each full width of room-8ft, rustic wood floor. Laundry nook (accessed inside kitchen): new washer and electric dryer, tile floor. Bathroom: clawfoot tub with shower option, tile floor. Fully fenced back yard. On street parking. Front and back entry access. Heating: in unit gas space heater. Cooling: windows allow for air conditioning units. Tenant pays Centerpoint and Xcel. Owner pays City trash/recycling & water/sewer (city organic recycling unit onsite). Owner maintains lawn mowing & snow removal. Criteria for rental: 620 Credit score or above. No felonies and no multiple-misdemeanors. No UD's (unlawful detainers—i.e. a previous eviction). Tenants income required to be 2.5 times the amount of monthly rent (for single tenant or collectively of two tenants). $1075 damage deposit plus first month's rent due upon signing lease. To qualify, a criminal background check and credit check will be completed on prospective tenant(s). Prospective tenant(s) pay $29.00 + tax for their application and screening reports, and they’ll be able to share their application and screening reports for 30 days with up to 10 participating landlords on Apartment.com. Additional way to contact property owner for tours and or questions is is via text to Laura. Texting is preferred if it is between 8am-4:30pm (m-f) or after 7pm daily.
