This two bedroom/two bath residence is located in a newly renovated historic building in the heart of downtown New Orleans on the Carondelet street car line. Our Moss Bauer building is one block from Rouses Supermarket, CVS, the South Market District, the Saturday Downtown Farmer's Market, the Ace Hotel and around the corner from Lafayette Square and wonderful dining and shopping experiences. All of our apartments feature wooden floors, granite countertops, stainless appliances, high ceilings, ceiling fans and washer/dryer units within. Water, Wi Fi and waste services are provided by management. The security deposit is $500 with good credit and there is no application fee.
