Beautiful, bright studio apartment at Willow & Maple, a pet friendly Bozzuto managed property in Takoma (DC). Available for a lease takeover starting as soon as possible and ending July, 31 2016. I wish I didn't have to move from this apartment, but I know the next occupant will love it as much as I do! The location is great - very safe. Close to good restaurants, grocery stores, and the Metro. The building was finished in May, so everything is brand new and impeccably clean. The apartment is a spacious studio with high ceilings and three good sized closets. I'm the only person to ever live in the apartment, but Bozzuto repaints and repairs every apartment between tenants - so it will be brand new when you move in! Apartment features: - Extremely helpful leasing staff - Pet Friendly - Washer/Dryer in unit - Gym - Parking available - Rooftop with grills and outdoor seating area - 11 foot ceilings that make my studio feel very spacious - Gorgeous kitchens with quartz counter tops - Stainless steel appliances - Movable island in the kitchen - 5 minute walk to Takoma Metro stop - Hardwood floors - Trash chutes conveniently located on every floor - Secure package concierge system - Bright east view apartment with lots of sunlight - A beautifully decorated lounge area with a massive TV, fridge, and kitchenette - great for entertaining! This isn't Takoma Park. Sure, the name is similar, but the difference is key: Takoma is a neighborhood in DC. Tacoma Park is a city in Maryland. And while they share a border -- Eastern Avenue Is all that separates one from the other -- Takoma residents don't appreciate being confused with their neighbor.
