There is a laundry closet with hookups for your own washer/dryer. Current tenant is open to leaving/selling her washer/dryer for a cheap price. Convenient and quiet location. Close to Peterson Base. Off street parking. Great building -- all tenants are respectful, quiet and tend to stay for a while (low turnover). Owner is professional, responsive and respectful; and expects the same of any tenants that move in. New hot water heater; new furnace; new roof. Building is very well taken care of. No Smoking. Prefer No Pets. If a pet is approved, there will be additional pet fees/pet deposit.
