Feel at home in this charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment located on the first floor in the popular SW Portland neighborhood of Multnomah. This pet-friendly oasis offers a comfortable and restful stay. The apartment features an outfitted kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric range, full-size refrigerator with freezer, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, knives, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, a slow cooker, and a roasting pan. The living area includes a comfy couch, a smart TV, and a full-size dining area. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed, extra linens, a large closet, a dresser, and a smart TV. Reserved parking is available with one assigned uncovered parking spot and plenty of unassigned parking for a second vehicle. Laundry facilities are located in the basements of adjacent buildings and are accessed with a key and paid for through a smartphone app. Pets are welcome and must be approved and listed on the reservation/lease. Guests agree to pay any and all damages caused by pets. A $50 poop cleanup fee will be deducted from the pet deposit for guests who do not clean up after their pet. Conveniently situated within walking distance to charming Multnomah Village, this apartment is steps away from Gabriel Park, which offers walking trails, a large playground, and an off-leash dog area. It's also directly across the street from a local community center with pool access. Nearby landmarks include Gabriel Park (5 min walk), Multnomah Village (1 mi), Lewis and Clark College (3 mi), OHSU (4 mi), Providence Milwaukee (6 mi), Providence St. Vincent (6 mi), and Legacy Good Samaritan (7 mi). This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property indoors; smoking and vaping are permitted outside only. Early check-in or late check-out requests cannot be accommodated. Guests who do not clean up after their pet will incur a $50 poop cleanup fee. All overnight guests must be listed on the reservation and require written permission. Children under 13 are not to be left unattended. Guests may not have more than 8 people in the home at any time. For stays of 30+ days, initial paper products and cleaning products are provided, but guests are responsible for restocking once they run out.
