I've been living here for about 6 years and it has been such a pleasant neighborhood to live in. It is quiet, calm and quite cute. We have such a great transportation system here, great grocery stores that are walkable, we have beautiful scenery and trails, restaurants are at walkable distance and downtown is only a 15 minute bus ride or 10 minute driver.

There doesn't seem to be any issue with crime over here. Seems like a very safe neighborhood. A high school is near so the only issue would maybe be with childish vandalism, but I have never experienced or seen it.
