The rooftop pool and hot tub are typically open from May to early October, subject to weather. The building uses a state-of-the-art heat pump system that keeps the unit in a comfortable 68-74 degrees comfort range throughout the year, but guests are not able to individually change their thermostats. The apartment is wheelchair accessible. Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available. Additional fees apply. Max two pets with a combined weight of 40lbs are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and collected separately. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are everywhere, and the location and downtown are very walkable. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code, which you’ll receive before arrival.
