The building uses a state-of-the-art heat pump system that maintains a comfortable 68-74 degrees year-round, though guests cannot individually change their thermostats. Guests have access to the entire apartment and all of the building amenities. Optional services are available to enhance your stay, such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in or late checkout when available, with additional fees applying. Nestled just northwest of Downtown Minneapolis along the Mississippi River, the North Loop District is a dynamic neighborhood known for its edgy charm and trendy atmosphere. The area is brimming with independent restaurants, bars, boutiques, and entertainment venues housed in beautifully restored brick buildings. Residents appreciate the neighborhood’s prime location, walkability, and vibrant amenities. With easy access to Metro Transit’s Blue and Green lines and major highways, commuting from the Warehouse District is a breeze. Uber and Lyft drivers are everywhere, and the location is very walkable. The property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The maximum is 2 pets with a combined weight of 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. An additional pet fee is based on stay length and collected separately. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and can be declined from stays. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code. A laptop computer is not included.
