You will be located near Lake Texoma, Downtown Sherman, Austin College, Texoma Medical Center, and Sherman Town Center. The complex enforces a strict no-parties and no-smoking policy. Tampering with the smoke/noise detector will result in a $150 fine. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests not reported in your initial booking, you will be fined $200.
