This gorgeous three-bedroom unit features air conditioning and an in-unit washer and dryer, providing convenience and comfort for your stay. Additional guests over the number shown in your booking are subject to a fee of $25 per night. The definition of a guest includes anyone who enters the apartment. With many attractions and fantastic restaurants right outside your door, this apartment is ideally situated for exploring Boston. It's also a short walk or ride to other downtown neighborhoods. Smoking of any kind in the unit or directly in front of the unit is prohibited, including vaporizers. A minimum fine of $500 will be charged for violating this rule, plus any damages. Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm. Late check-out may incur a $50 fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. If there is excessive mess or trash in the unit upon check-out, an additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage within the first 4 hours of check-in; otherwise, they will be responsible for repair and replacement costs found at the end of their stay. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet, as clogs requiring a plumber will be at the guest's expense. Shoes are not to be worn inside the house.
