Is coming available June 1st. Turn key to the spoons in the drawer. All utilities, include Hulu, Nexflix and wifi included. 60” TV, washer/dryer. 2 bedroom; one huge with king bed, the other small with a queen. Beautiful furniture. Huge private deck with grill. Is the ground level of our home so people over 6 feet might have arguments with the ceiling fans. Nice size bathroom with large walk-in shower. Laundry room has plenty of storage space, as well as a large closet and more storage included. Pet negotiable. Great, quiet and peaceful uptown/Broadmoor/Marlyville neighborhood; dead-end street with no traffic. Plentiful street parking. . Must be quiet and respectful; we are also quiet people and we make great neighbors. $1750 / mo all included with $50 discount for payment by the 3rd and an additional $50 / mo in exchange for weeding the flower beds (we have a lawn man that mows). Pets negotiable, children welcome, LGBTQ+ welcome. No smoking ANYTHING anywhere near the house!
