Grant Park is a hilly, wooded neighborhood located on the north side of Capitol View and directly east of Lincoln Heights. The narrow streets are lined with square, brick houses and a variety of apartment communities. Bad landlord
U have 2 electric bills and the landlord will not change the system over from fuses!! There's a really bad rodent problem,no extermination.people break into your mailbox.a young man was shot and killed in the building.The landlord is very disrespectful,he walks into your unit without notice.pepco has told him to heavy up his electrical system and he refused to do so. The landlord doesn't do the work in a timely fashion.And also if your trying to move off of his property he will give you a bad report so that you won't be able to move,even if you owe him nothing.
