The bedroom provides a tranquil escape with an enchanting nighttime view, while large glass windows and warm wooden floors create a welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. Dining essentials like trays, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans are provided. The private full bathroom features a bath/shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, and essential toiletries. There is a 4K 50” HDR Smart TV in the bedroom and a 4K 58” HDR Smart TV with free Netflix in the living room. Includes a work desk, office chair, walk-in closet, and coffee table. The second bedroom is located within the living room and is separated by large curtains. Pets are allowed depending on their size, and you must notify us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to avoid any cancellation. An additional cleaning fee applies for pets: $35 per night, per pet for 1-4 night stays, $250 per pet for 5-29 night stays, and $400 per pet for 30+ night stays. Oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage, and large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in, in accordance with the Building Parking Policy. Examples of vehicles that will not be permitted include vehicles with breathalyzer systems, makeshift or unsafe controls, or faulty brakes, large vehicles including sprinter vans, extended economy vans, vehicles with 10 or more passengers, or any vehicle exceeding the 6'8" height limit, dually trucks or service vehicles those with very wide wheels, lockers, or containers, vehicles with after-market lifts or oversized custom rims and tires, and motorcycles or tricycles that do not have car-type controls. Surveillance cameras are located in the hallways for security, and a Minut device is installed in the unit to monitor noise levels.
