Vehicles that are not allowed include those with breathalyzer systems, unsafe or improvised controls, or faulty brakes, oversized vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended vans, vans accommodating 10+ passengers, or any vehicle taller than 6’8”, dually trucks or service vehicles with wide tires, lockers, or external storage that make maneuvering in the garage difficult, vehicles with aftermarket lift kits or large custom rims and tires, and motorcycles or tricycles without standard car-like controls. Pets may be allowed based on size, but prior approval is required to prevent booking issues. A cleaning fee per pet applies: $25/night for stays of 1–4 nights, $200 per pet for stays of 5–29 nights, and $300 per pet for stays of 30+ nights.
