Feel right at home with a fully equipped kitchen that’s ready for anything—from quick snacks to full meals, including a full-size fridge/freezer, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, kettle, and essential spices, along with a complete set of cookware, plates, and utensils. Enjoy spa-like convenience in both bathrooms, complete with a tub/shower combo, well-lit vanity with mirror, fresh towels, quality toiletries, and a hairdryer. Each unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized before arrival, ensuring a safe, spotless, and stress-free experience. Pets are welcome depending on size, but prior approval is required to avoid cancellation. A non-refundable cleaning fee applies per pet: $25 per night for 1 to 4 nights, $200 total for 5 to 29 nights, and $300 total for 30+ nights. Oversized vehicles are not permitted in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied entry at check-in. The following vehicle types are not allowed: vehicles equipped with breathalyzer systems, makeshift or malfunctioning controls, or faulty brakes; oversized vehicles such as sprinter vans, extended economy vans, 10+ passenger vehicles, or any vehicle taller than 6'8"; dually trucks or service vehicles with wide wheels, external lockers, or mounted containers that are difficult to maneuver in the garage; aftermarket-lifted vehicles or those with oversized custom rims and tires; motorcycles or tricycles that do not have car-style driving controls. All guests must complete a verification process before check-in, which may include submitting a government-issued photo ID, confirming contact details, completing a secure online verification portal, and undergoing a background check if requested by the property owner or management. This information is used strictly for verification purposes and will not be stored or used otherwise. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement that outlines the terms of the stay. By booking, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions, submit valid ID prior to check-in, complete a background check if requested, and finalize the verification process to receive check-in instructions. Required documentation must be submitted within 24 hours of booking or within 1 hour for same-day reservations. Failure to meet these requirements may result in cancellation. Security cameras are installed in the hallways, and a Minut device is used inside the unit to monitor noise levels for your safety and the comfort of all guests.
