This unit had extensive high-end renovations done a few years ago, and we have lived in for over 13 years ourselves. We have treated our home with love and attention, and ask the same. Amenities: Pool, jacuzzi tub bath in the apartment with hand-held massage showerhead (no separate shower unit), stack washer/dryer in unit, although the complex has a laundry room as well. Dishwasher in kitchen. 1 covered parking space, additional parking available on the street, locking bike closet on the property. Exterior closet for extra storage. Lots of storage in bathroom closet. 1000 Square feet, with a small patio, lots of room for plants. Planter boxes are on the patio attached to the railing. The bathroom was renovated a few years ago, and includes a huge jacuzzi tub. Granite tile in kitchen, built-in microwave, stove with 2 burners and built-in grill, 1-year-old refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal. This unit is privately owned, and we will be living very close by. We will require verifiable references a criminal background report and a credit report Rent includes: All utilities (electricity, basic cable, water, sewer, trash) except phone. No smoking. No pets.
