There is a Monthly Utility Fee of $50.00 per person that covers the Water, Sewer & Garbage. Non-Smokers only for the safety and health of our tenants as this is a smoke free property, You must be a NON Smoker to apply, meaning you cannot smoke anything, Pot, Vape, E-cigs, cigs, etc. Sorry we are not able to accommodate pets at this time.
