Huge 1 bedroom plus den in East Lakeview available for lease starting October 1st! This apartment is wonderful -- I have lived here for 4 years and if I weren't relocating out of state for my job, I would stay. It's one of the best locations on the North Side -- on a safe, quiet, tree-lined, one way street but only minutes from the Lake Front Path, half a block off of Broadway (Intelligentsia, Wilde, Lakeview Athletic Club, Walgreens and the brand new Mariano's are all within a couple of blocks), a block from multiple CTA bus routes with express service downtown, and about a half-mile to the Belmont Brown/Red/Purple stop. The apartment itself is gorgeous -- big windows with a south facing view make it bright and breezy. The living room is huge, with an attached den that could be used as a second bedroom or dining room. The bedroom is gigantic, with more than enough space for a king bed (the photo is of a queen), dressers, a desk, bookshelves, etc. The closet space is ample, with huge closets in the front hallway and bedroom, and a wall-to-wall closet with built-in storage shelves in the den. Brand new air conditioning units in the living room and bedroom keep things cool in the summer. Kitchen has a full-sized fridge, gas range, and the microwave is yours if you'd like it to stay. A built in bookshelf right outside the kitchen increases the storage space (I use it as a built in bar!). Building is pet friendly. Laundry room is on the mezzanine level. I even have a storage locker in the laundry room area that is yours if you'd like it! Attached, covered garage parking is also available for only $100/month (this is a total steal for this neighborhood!). There are 2 elevators as well. I am looking for someone to take over my lease from 10/1/2016 - 9/30/2017 with option to renew after that. Rent is $1480 plus $20 for cooking gas paid to the management company. Heat and water are included; you only pay for ComEd and cable/internet (provider of choice). Please contact me ASAP if you'd like to see the apartment!!
