About This Property

This apartment is a fully furnished apartment located a few blocks away from the Mayo Clinic and the Methodist Hospital. The Mayo Clinic is 2 blocks away the the subway system is 1/2 block away. Once in the subway system, you are able to access the downtown buildings without going outside. It is fully furnished apartment. Resident pays for electricity and we pay for all the utilities including Satellite TV & WiFi internet. There is a laundry room on the backside of our main apartment building which is coin operated. Parking is on the street and requires a parking permit from the City of Rochester ($30/year + $8 app fee). We offer both long and short term leases. With a short term lease, a 7 day notice is required to move out. Utilities Included: Gas, Heat, Water, Sewer, Garbage, WiFi, and Satellite TV.
