Nestled in the heart of the French Quarter just one block from Jackson Square and the Mississippi River and a short walk from Bourbon Street, 508 Toulouse Residences is housed in one of the oldest buildings in the French Quarter. This historic property was originally purchased in 1722 which predates the establishment of the United States of America. In 2011, Orleans Properties undertook an extensive renovation of the property creating 13 luxury residences on the upper (and reportedly haunted) floors and the complete restoration of the ground floor, historic courtyard and fountain which is now the site of the famous New Orleans Creole Cookery.
