This spacious apartment features a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-in/built-in closet/drawers, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The living room includes a sofa bed. The apartment is equipped with full kitchen utilities, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, cutlery, a dishwasher with dish soap, a coffee machine, tea, a toaster, a blender, a hair dryer, an iron with an ironing board, and a vacuum. Also provided are pool/beach towels, towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, and tissues. An air mattress, baby crib, and cot can be provided upon request prior to arrival. Access to the largest residential pool in Florida, a free business center, a spa, jacuzzis, and a gym with yoga classes are available. W Residences is centrally located in the Miami business district, overlooking Miami Bay and close to Wynwood, Midtown, South Beach, and the Miami Art Design District. The neighborhood is surrounded by skyscrapers and a mixed landscape, with fine-dining restaurants, nightlife venues, local coffee shops, organic grocery stores, and street family organic markets on weekends. The pool will be closed from Monday to Thursday due to construction reasons but is open Friday through Sunday. The building is currently renovating some balconies, and certain balconies may be temporarily closed during your stay. Management asks that guests collaborate in maintaining a clean and healthy environment by using the trash chute located on every floor for everyday household trash, ensuring that trash bags are properly sealed to avoid any leakage on the hallway carpet. A reservation is required to be made at the ground floor of the building before accessing the pool and gym. When entering and exiting the common areas of the property, all guests are required to adhere to proper dress code such as shirt, pants, and shoes. Please do not throw or drop off anything from the balconies. No gas or charcoal grills, or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit at any time. Management requires a picture of every guest's ID in order to be registered in the system for check-in.
