Located on a high floor, this modern open-concept condominium is a 4-minute walk to Miami Circle National Historic Landmark and provides central access to everything Miami offers. This open-concept condominium features floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic city and bay views, with access to a private glass-railed balcony. The open-plan kitchen boasts light wood cabinetry and an island. The bathroom is appointed with a dual vessel sink vanity and a stone countertop. The interior is decorated with a large abstract monochrome canvas and an oversized silver sunburst wall sculpture, complemented by transparent acrylic dining chairs and a modern low-profile dark leather sofa. The space is designed to feel bright, airy, and sun-drenched, with a color palette of crisp whites, warm natural wood, and dark stone, accented by stainless steel, glass, and pops of olive green. Valet parking is available at the building with hourly rates and no in/out privileges. Private nearby parking is offered for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability. For stays longer than a month, parking costs $250 per month, with specific payment and documentation requirements. For stays under 30 days, guests can pay directly to Regular Valet Parking at the lobby entrance or pay upon arrival to the property manager for self-parking less than 200 yards away at a lower cost, though spaces are limited and reservations are encouraged. Balconies are closed and cannot be used, and balcony furniture is not permitted. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours. This unit is offered at a discounted rate to reflect these temporary conditions. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refrain from dyeing your hair while in the condo to avoid accidents and permanent staining. Take out the trash before you leave. Guests must select either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $60 non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damages up to $500) before check-in. Fobs, keys, amenities cards, and parking magnetic cards have replacement fees of $100 for each guest or parking magnetic card, and $250 for coded keys plus FOB.
