It includes a spacious primary bedroom, an interconnected living and dining area, and a sleek kitchen with wooden cabinetry and integrated stainless steel appliances. The spa-like bathroom boasts a dual vanity with vessel sinks and clean tiled finishes. A chic white brick accent wall adds character, and light-colored flooring brightens the entire unit, creating a vibrantly energetic and sophisticated atmosphere. Guests consistently rate this space highly for cleanliness, ensuring a spotless experience between every stay. Valet parking is available at the building with hourly rates and no in/out privileges. Private nearby parking is offered for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability. For those needing extra amenities, a pack-n-play and highchairs are available for an additional fee. The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year, which may result in blocked views, balcony closures, and limited pool access. Balconies are closed and cannot be used, and views from the unit will be blocked. Cellophane or protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views. Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period, and the building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies. This unit is being offered at a discounted rate to reflect these temporary conditions. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no pool access Monday–Friday, including holidays. Pool hours and availability are managed by the building. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Guests must select either a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $60 non-refundable damage waiver (covers accidental damages up to $500) before check-in. Exclusions apply. In the case of damage or loss of coded keys plus FOB, there is a $250 fee. For each guest FOB or parking magnetic card, there is a $100 fee. Pets are not permitted at ICON for vacation rentals, unless written approval is provided by Miami Vacation Rentals and the building/association permits it for short-term stays. Service animals will be handled in compliance with applicable law and platform policies. This unit focuses on transparent luxury, with proactive communication about building procedures for a smooth visit. Forget complex rules and unexpected fees; this approach simplifies your stay, enhancing your Brickell experience. ?Please Note: Starting July 25, 2025, the pool will be available on weekends only (Saturday & Sunday). Due to ongoing exterior building maintenance, the weekend pool schedule may vary. Please message us to confirm if the pool will be open during your stay. Exterior work will begin on July 1st, and some noise may be expected between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4.
