This bright, modern apartment is designed with comfort and ease in mind, featuring hotel-quality linens, a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and dryer, and fast Wi-Fi. There are also 2 full bathrooms. Valet parking is available at the building at hourly rates with no in/out privileges. Private nearby parking is also available for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability. Height clearance for the private parking is 6’2” (1.88 m). Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet. Located in the heart of Brickell, this apartment is surrounded by waterfront paths, cafés, shopping, and culture. Brickell City Centre is a short walk away, offering designer shops, rooftop dining, and late-night drinks. Mary Brickell Park and the Miami Riverwalk are nearby for morning walks or sunset views. The Miami Circle National Historic Landmark sits right next to the building, and Little Havana, Wynwood, and South Beach are a quick ride away. The Metromover is steps away, connecting you to Downtown and the Arts District. Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Please refrain from dyeing your hair while in the condo to avoid accidents and permanent staining. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and if smoking occurs, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required. Guests are expected to take out the trash before they leave. The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year, balconies are closed and cannot be used, views from the unit will be blocked, cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views, construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours, and noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, and there is no pool access Monday–Friday, including holidays. [SI]
