The modern kitchen boasts wood-grain cabinetry and integrated appliances. The bedroom is accented with a blue and white geometric wall, and bright yellow and grey abstract art adds color. Ornate glass chandeliers and a bold, geometric area rug anchor the living area, creating a sun-drenched and airy atmosphere with crisp white, cool grey, and natural wood tones, complemented by pops of yellow and deep teal, and plush textiles, glass, and metallic finishes. Valet parking is available at the building with hourly rates and no in/out privileges. Private nearby parking is offered for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability. For stays shorter than 30 days, you can pay directly to Regular Valet Parking at the lobby entrance or pay upon arrival for self-parking less than 200 yards away at a lower cost, though spaces are limited and reservations are encouraged. If you opt for self-parking, you agree to a waiver releasing the provider from liability for any loss, theft, damage, or cost incurred while parking your vehicle. Located in the Brickell Financial District (Walk Score: 95/100), this apartment is your prime base for experiencing vibrant Downtown and Brickell parties. It's a 4-minute walk to Miami Circle National Historic Landmark and Mary Brickell Park, and a 9-minute walk to Brickell City Center. The Miami Riverwalk is just a 1-minute walk away.
