The Edge apartments are centrally located in the heart of Miramar Florida and conveniently close access to I-95, 3 miles, and the Florida turnpike. In just a short walking distance you can find many restaurants, shopping, and transportation hubs. Our community offers an on-site brand new coin laundry facility, shimmering community pool, and lounging area, lush landscaping, assigned parking spaces, on-site leasing office and maintenance, and secured entry system. The Edge apartments consist of one and two-bedroom floor plans, on the first or second floor, and all of our units are equipped with tile floors, upgraded kitchens, full-size refrigerators, full-size stove, and microwaves. The community was recently upgraded with new roofs, new staircases, new railings, new plumbing/sewer lines, new drain storm system, new entry gates, and newly resurfaced parking lot.
