This apartment features an open-plan living and dining area with a modern kitchen boasting sleek wood-grain cabinetry. Polished large-format tile flooring runs throughout, complemented by an integrated dark-wood closet system. Dramatic crimson red accent walls, an ornate white Rococo-style chandelier, a geometric red and cream area rug, and large-scale framed cityscape art create a chic, high-contrast, and energetic atmosphere with a bold palette of crimson, white, and charcoal, warmed by wood textures and gold metallic accents. Layered lighting comes from modern fixtures and recessed spotlights. Valet parking is available at the building with hourly rates and no in/out privileges. Nearby private parking is available for $35/day (cash only) with limited availability. For longer stays, parking costs $250 per month, starting on the 1st of the month, and requires a visit to the building office with specific documentation. Located in the heart of the Brickell Financial District (Walk Score: 95), this apartment offers unparalleled walkability. The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year, which may result in blocked views, cellophane covering on windows, visible construction workers during daytime hours, and potential noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Balconies are closed and cannot be used, and balcony furniture is not permitted. The building pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays, with no access Monday–Friday, including holidays. Guests must choose between a refundable $1,000 security deposit or a $60 non-refundable damage waiver. Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Parties or noisy meetings are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in penalties. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and if smoking or parties occur, a $500 penalty will be applied, plus additional costs if remediation is required. Pets are not permitted at ICON for vacation rentals, including emotional support animals, unless written approval is provided by the host and permitted by the building for short-term stays.
