LANDLORD IS A SLUMLORD
LANDLORD IS NEVER AROUND TO DO REPAIRS. TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOTHING. HE HARASSES TENANTS AND LEAVES GARBAGE IN THE DUMPSTERS BECAUSE HE DOESNT PAY THE GARBAGE COMPANY TO COME OUT. WE GET STUCK WHEN IT SNOWS AS HE DOES NOT PAY FOR ANYONE TO COME OUT AND PLOW. DO NOT MOVE HERE, THE GUY IS A TOTAL JERK!
