Utilities (electric and gas) are split between roommates. Refundable deposit is $500. No pets allowed. Relax on the back patio overlooking a picturesque park like setting. Access to the pool, tennis courts and Warren lake included. One car detached garage. Water, trash and sewer included, you are responsible only for gas and electric. No smoking inside. This is NOT 420 friendly property. No parties.
