About 420 W Dayton St Madison, WI 53703
I've lived here for just under a year and am only moving because of work reasons. I've loved living in Domain! The apartment itself is beautiful...dark hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, central A/C. Plus the windows are HUGE so you get tons of natural light all day long and there's even a private balcony! Since I'm on the 7th floor and we're the tallest building on this side, I get an unobstructed view of the horizon. There's tons of storage space -- plenty of cabinets and a walk-in closet. On top of that, the bathroom is huge and there's a washer/dryer in the unit. The building is only about a year old so the appliances are brand new. But if you do run into any problems (clogged toilet at 4am?) 24/7 maintenance is available for free. The building amenities are the best! The 24-hour gym is great because I love working out late at night. Plus there's a yoga studio, tanning salon, and a pool (the outdoor area also has grills that you can use)! And the leasing office is open 7 days a week so there's always someone there to hold on to your packages while you're at work or on vacation. The staff is super helpful -- they've even helped me lug huge IKEA boxes into my apartment when my boyfriend was away! Last but not least -- location, location, location. I moved here from NYC and didn't have a car but I had no problem getting around. Domain is right in the heart of downtown so I can basically walk everywhere. There are two grocery stores within walking distance and it's just a 2-minute walk to State St.
