This efficiently laid out apartment features a renovated kitchen with laundry, dishwasher, and island seating, as well as one and a half bathrooms. Beacon Hill is one of the most desirable areas in Boston because of its central location, world-renowned hospital (MGH), fantastic bars and restaurants, neighborhood feel, and combination of history with modern amenities. Any guest that enters the apartment over the number of guests shown in your booking is subject to a fee of $20 per night. Parties, smoking, loud music, or disturbances are not allowed, and any instance of breaking these rules will result in your booking being immediately canceled, security being summoned, and police involvement. A $250 fine will be charged for the use of our security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. Quiet hours are after 10 pm. If you are in your unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. If there is excessive mess or trash in the unit upon check-out, an additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged. Smoking of any kind in the unit or directly in front of the unit is prohibited, and you will be fined a minimum of $500 for not following this rule, plus damages. Do not flush anything down the toilet unless you have eaten it first (besides toilet paper of course). Clogs that require a plumber are at the cost of the guest. [SI]
