Looking to be close to all the action? 3 Eleven Apartments are within 1 mile of Fremont Street experience, Container Park, Atomic Liquors and much more. Easy access to the entire Las Vegas valley is provided by our convenient downtown location. Each unit includes a brand new induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator and AC/Heater. 3Eleven has two style floor plans with rents from $850 to $925. To schedule a tour of you new apartment please contact our office for further instructions. All available units are on a first come first serve basis.
