These apartments are terrible and are not like the ads. The bugs and roaches are excessive inside the apartments. The manager and management team is very rude. They email and text the community every single day about something. It’s very annoying. They also give fines out for everything like we are college students living in dorms. This is my first apartment and it has been miserable and the absolute worst!!!!
Leasing office was Very Helpful and Nice. No Complaints...I am Now a New Resident because of it!!!

I am a current resident and have been eager to put in my notice to vacate since I moved in. I have NEVER been late on rent, nor caused any trouble in the complex, but have been treated as though I have. Packages always get lost/stolen. Maintenance is lazy- My stove had issues and they told me it was okay to avoid fixing or replacing it. The mold and touch up jobs are to laugh at. they paint over what should be replaced. The staff has never greeted me with a smile/very unpleasant and the office is hardly open. My work schedule makes it impossible to reach anybody and when I am off of work to speak with anyone, they take long lunches and the office stays closed during the day. There was an attempt to turn in my notice to vacate online and the email failed. Their "contact us" option online is horrible. My lease is up July 31st and I attempted to turn in my notice on June 1st and failed. The office was closed May 31st. My rent was paid on June 3rd in the drop box along with the notice to vacate letter and they supposedly did not receive it, so it was placed in there again on June 8th. The office contacted me June *9th saying I will be charged until August 9th. I asked could any strings be pulled since I attempted to turn it in sooner and had issues. She got an attitude with me. I had to be the adult in the situation and advised her to have a good day. A complaint with property management and a CFPB will be filed, because apartments tend to get over on the good ones and a fee should not be charged if i will not reside there. Most importantly, the tone and attitude from the office manager was unacceptable. It could have been handled alot better. She acted as if I was her child and not a tenant who has NEVER been late on rent.
I usually shop online and order my package, when i am not home UPS,USPS deliver to the office but what happen this time was it was picked up by someone who i don,t know with my fake signature. I always wonder how do they get the USPS package slip. This is the 3rd time my package is lost from the office. Last 2 time they say its been send back to sender because i didn't pick up my packet in 2 days. When i call back sender they never receive it. This time i am writing it here because they need to be more careful with these kind of activity and use cctv camera video system to catch these thieves. If same thing happen to me again in future i wont hesitate report to police and city.
I have been waiting two months for my security deposit to be refunded and I keep hearing the same thing over and over. "Corporate has the money, they sent you the money, you should have it by now....etc". I am sick and tired of all the excuses for this. I need my money and they're not handing it over. Do not waste your time at this apartment complex, it's a huge scam.
Hi my name is Jose and I have been living in my apartments for last 3 years and I've never had a problem. The staff here is very friendly and makes me feel like family. I love our apartments and our neighbors. My wife actually lived here with her mother about 7 years ago as well. This is one of the reasons we came to live here because she loved it here and had a good experience. I really hope you'll pick me and our family for free rent for life. We would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
