About This Property

I’m looking to sublet an adorable one bedroom, one bathroom! Convenient location one block from the beach and just a few blocks from all of the restaurants and bars on Broadway. Sunny, front facing bedroom. Hardwood floors, granite kitchen counter tops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, in-unit laundry, and air conditioning! Dogs/cats welcome. Some furniture would be negotiable. Street parking available with resident parking permit. Really accessible street parking - I've never had any issues finding a parking spot. There are two other units in the building with quiet neighbors. I will be relocating for my job, so this apartment is available April 1st (however this is flexible). The sublease will go through August 31, 2021. Rent is $2200/month, however the Broker's fee AND first month's will be covered, so the rent averages to $1760/month. Just security deposit is due at signing. There would be the option to continue the lease through August 2022 after the sublease if desired.
