This recently renovated apartment offers a unique blend of old-world Italy and vibrant city living. This approximately 500 sqft apartment features a well-laid-out open kitchen with new appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster, along with cooking utensils, pots, and pans. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, dresser, and a full closet with hangers. The newly renovated bathroom includes a stand-up shower. Linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided. There is no laundry in the building, but a laundromat is conveniently located right next door. 24/7 access and coded entry are provided. Situated in the charming North End, this apartment is a short walk to TD Garden, Faneuil Hall, the harbor, and the aquarium, offering easy access to the rest of Boston. The building is located on a popular street but is set back from the street noise in the bedroom. This is a 3rd-floor walk-up unit with a somewhat steep and narrow staircase, typical for the North End. Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm. Smoking of any kind, including vaporizers, is prohibited in the unit or directly in front of the unit, with a minimum fine of $500 plus damages for violations. There is a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud music, or disturbances, which will result in immediate booking cancellation, security involvement, and a $250 fine for noise complaints requiring intervention. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage within the first 4 hours of check-in; otherwise, they will be liable for repair and replacement costs. An additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged for excessive mess or trash upon check-out. Dishes should be cleaned and left to dry or in the dishwasher, and all trash collected and bagged in the kitchen. Guests are asked not to wear shoes in the house. Flushing anything other than toilet paper is prohibited, and guests will be responsible for plumber costs for clogs. Late check-out may incur a $50 fee per hour beyond the designated time. Surveillance cameras are used in common areas and the exterior of the building. Includes a fold-out sleeper sofa, perfect for travelers needing an extra sleep space. [SI]

The North End of Boston occupies the northeastern corner of the city beyond Washington Street and Columbus Circle. It is the city’s oldest residential neighborhood and comes with a rich history. Boston’s “Little Italy” has undergone some serious growth and modernization over the decades. Once home to revolutionary heroes such as Paul Revere, the area now draws new residents, young professionals, retirees, and tourists. Residents’ pride in this neighborhood is almost tangible – locals love North End and show it every summer during Feast season, a few weeks span of parades, music, dancing, and street food, all in celebration of North End and historic Italian Saints.
While this neighborhood is admittedly very tourist-heavy, the resulting revenue keeps the economy booming. Residents are still able to live, work, and play like normal. North End is less than a mile from Downtown Boston, making work commutes a breeze.
