Located on the 3rd floor of a professionally managed walk-up building (with a somewhat steep/narrow staircase, typical for the area), this ~500sqft unit is perfect for couples and travelers. The apartment is well laid out to maximize space and features a full open kitchen with new appliances such as a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser, and full closet with hangers. The brand newly renovated bathroom includes a stand-up shower. Linens, towels, and basic toiletries are provided. Fall in love with the mix of old-world Italy and downtown Boston in this recently renovated apartment that is a short walk to TD Garden, Faneuil Hall, the harbor and aquarium, and the rest of Boston. There is no laundry in the building, however there is a laundromat right next door. This is a 3rd-floor walk-up unit with a relatively steep staircase. It is located on a popular street, but the noise in the bedroom is minimal because it is set in the back and the building is towards the more quiet end of this street. Quiet hours are after 10pm. Each guest that enters the apartment over the number of guests shown in your booking is subject to a fee of $25 per night. A $250 fine will be charged for the use of our security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. If you are in your unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. If there is excessive mess or trash in the unit upon check-out we will charge an additional $100 deep clean fee. Smoking of any kind in the unit or directly in front of the unit is prohibited and will incur a minimum fine of $500 plus damages. Clogs that require a plumber are at the cost of the guest. [SI]

The North End of Boston occupies the northeastern corner of the city beyond Washington Street and Columbus Circle. It is the city’s oldest residential neighborhood and comes with a rich history. Boston’s “Little Italy” has undergone some serious growth and modernization over the decades. Once home to revolutionary heroes such as Paul Revere, the area now draws new residents, young professionals, retirees, and tourists. Residents’ pride in this neighborhood is almost tangible – locals love North End and show it every summer during Feast season, a few weeks span of parades, music, dancing, and street food, all in celebration of North End and historic Italian Saints.
While this neighborhood is admittedly very tourist-heavy, the resulting revenue keeps the economy booming. Residents are still able to live, work, and play like normal. North End is less than a mile from Downtown Boston, making work commutes a breeze.
